Interesting experience and lesson last night. Lesson, GPS’s will kill you in Michigan! Going to the campground on Lake Superior, the GPS routed us through about 8 miles of clear cut, absolute wilderness. Immediately lost cell signal, road turned into a trail. The GPS called them fire breaks but evidently they are County routes, the reason the GPS put us on them. Had to move trees out of the road and hit several places of deep sand. Needless to say, we were glad to see the lake and a ‘real’ road! These pictures are of the best roads we were on, too busy trying to keep moving for pictures. Brad, we made a new memory!
